The strategic plan for Al-Hikma University (2021-2025) has been formulated in response to the aspirations of the university’s senior and intermediate management, as well as the entire university community, to initiate the process of development and strategic planning within the institution. This initiative is directed towards embracing administrative governance, fostering institutional work, and promoting administrative decentralization. The objective is to embody the university’s vision and mission by achieving excellence and quality in the realms of higher education, scientific research, and community service. The plan is in congruence with the national vision, the strategies of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and the guidelines of the Academic Accreditation Council to assure the quality of higher education in the Republic of Yemen.
